Ticketnethub is an independent company that sells event tickets online using a website called https://www.tickenethub.com . Our aim is to sell event tickets on behalf of event organisers at a charge of 5% commission fee . Our aim is to sell as many tickets as possible as that will also result in increased revenue for our company . By doing so we get value as more customers engage with our website and thus our webisite is exposed to many customers who will return and buy more tickets if they’re impressed.
The company uses a website to enable customers to buy tickets. In the websites customers are required to create a account using their email or phone number and then create a password. After signing up, customers can choose which event they want to attend and they can simply click on that event. They will be required to choose which ticket type they want and the cost of that ticket will be shown below . after that the customer may choose which payment method they prefer then click on the pay now tab. Soon as they complete the payment, their ticket will be sent straight to their email and the other ticket will be shown on the transaction page. This is a very simple and convenient way to purchase a ticket and the ticket has to appear soon as they make the payment. The digital ticket will have a unique QR CODE that the customer has to present at the day of the event. The ORGANISERS will either use a scanner or a smartphone to scan the tickets. TICKETRNETHUB has created a scanning app and a website that the organisers will use to scan the tickets bought at ticketnethub. For scanning the organisers will simply have to log in to start scanning tickets if the ticket is valid that particular customer shall be granted access to the event. Then they may be given tags according to the ticket type they bought .
TICKETNETHUB is a business in the service industry that sells event , shows and sport tickets online to on behalf of organisers to customers it charges 5% percent commission on each ticket sold Ticketnethub aims to maintain the same price as other physical ticket outlets in the country. A unique QR CODE is attached to the online ticket that is sent to the customers email account after making payments to ensure duplication is not possible . The customer will then present the digital ticket at the gate for scanning then the customer shall be given a physical ticket that she may use to enter the event
Subject to availability and receipt of payment request will be processed instantly. Customers may contact the support line if their request is not met within an hour after payment. Delivery shall be confirmed via the customer’s email account.
The provision of goods and services by TICKETNETHUB is subject to availability. In case of unavailability ,TICKETNETHUB will refund clients in full within 3 working days . Payment may be made via MOBILE MONEY or by bank transfer into the TICKETNETHUB bank account the details of which will be provided on request.
Customer details will be stored by TICKETNETHUB MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY The merchant outlet at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Eswatini. Transaction currency is Emalangeni(E).
TICKETNETHUB takes all responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website , customer service and support , dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of Eswatini and TICKETNETHUB chooses as its domiciluim citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement whether in respect of court process , notice or the documents or communications of whatsoever nature.
